All women are gypsies at heart, we listen to our Spirit within (woman's intuition) Women adapt to the task at hand much the way the Roma adapted to their surroundings however never lost touch with their inner core. Women are mysterious creatures full of wonder and amazement..we are all gypsy women traveling through this journey of our lifetimes together.
This retreat's focus is with the Roma/Gypsy culture. We emerse ourselves in learning about different cultures in hopes that with understanding we might all as women come together to make the wold a better place for generations to come. Please join us for "Living Gypsy Dreams" where we have some wonderful workshops lined up.
* A Nomadic Journey - Releasing and Renewal
This will be our opening session within the Red Tent where we will gather as women to release our preconceived ideas and open to the possibilities through symbology, music, dance and the sacred feminine within each of us.
* Dreams of the Future
Gypsy culture is known for its nomadic culture as well as fortune telling. We will discuss and share various forms of prophecy such as having a cup of tea together and discussing Tasseography (tea leaf reading) and then explore the lines make us who we with Palmistry. What is your personal prophesy?
I Corinthians 14:3 But one who prophesies strengthens others, encourages them, and comforts them.
* Generations of Healing
Many believe the Gyspy culture to have special powers and charms to heal. We will learn several basic healing/meditative practices to help you as well as others heal yourself. Many speak of mind over matter, do you believe you can heal yourself?
* Travelling in Spirit
The caravan of nomadic people journey far and wide looking for a place to call home when in truth home is within you. Your dreams are the dreams of the gypsy. Living Gypsy Dreams is about seeing that dream within you and then allowing Spirit to guide you on your own journey within the distant depths of yourself. This workshop will take place both in the Red Tent and outside around a fire. You know you want s'mores!

Couples Retreat January 26 - January 30, 2012 (tenative based on 10 couples signing up, full refund if not reached)
This will be aboard the Carnival Fantasy cruising out of Galveston, TX. This will be a long weekend cruise to the port of beautiful Cozumel. Cozumel may be on your own or some planned group options will be available as well. This would not be in any way sexual in nature however would be about finding the connectedness of the two in a relationship with quite a bit of individual time alone however coming together with others at various times to discuss what works for some to have a long mutually beneficial relationship.
